07/19/08 - If you’ve been to our recent meetings, you’ve heard President Larry Pearson reminding you again and again to register for the Sacramento Convention in August, including the news this month that the $60.00 Late Registration Fee has been waived. If you’ve read our Southwestern Limited, you’ve seen Editor Calvin Smith’s full-page ads for the Convention. You can also go to www.ttos.org and get complete information from the TTOS National web site, including a registration brochure.
In a letter received yesterday from National’s Executive Director Randy Giroux, TTOS National “sweetens the offer” by adding a super raffle with three $1,000 prizes, a raffle for three $100 gas cards to help you get there and back, hotel rate extension plus several other things. The TTOS National Board of Directors has proposed some signifcant changes to the organization for the future. These proposed changes will be discussed at the National Convention in the BOD meetings.
