The inspiration for this car was an actual cold war era car built for the
United States Air Force
Strategic Air Command. The colors, graphics and markings
on this car are unique and different than any other missile car that Lionel has
ever made.
It was the tenth limited edition 'O' gauge car manufactured commemorating
the
Cal-Stewart Train Meet, held each year in Pasadena, California.
This highly animated operating car features: Remote controlled opening roof and
missile launching, die cast metal sprung trucks,
operating knuckle couplers at
each end, brake wheel and ladders.
